Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) envisioned their SLT (Senior Leadership Team) Meet as more than just a conference—it was to be an energizing leadership gathering focused on connection, communication, and celebration. The goal was to curate a high-impact experience that fostered learning, leadership dialogue, recognition, and fun—set against the serene yet vibrant backdrop of Sri Lanka's Taj Samudra Hotel.

Our Role

Eventures Unlimited led the entire planning and execution—from experience design to on-ground logistics—ensuring the event reflected HCCB’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and appreciation.

We blended strategic sessions with leisure, motivation with entertainment, and tradition with modern engagement to deliver a 360° leadership offsite

Event Highlights

  • Traditional Sri Lankan Welcome : Guests were greeted with ethnic rituals and cultural charm, setting a warm tone for the event.
  • Networking Dinner : A relaxed evening in serene, ambient decor that allowed leaders across regions to bond over curated conversations and local cuisine.
  • Performances by Shalmali Kholgade, Dr. Sanket Bhosale, Shefali Jariwala & other artists : A vibrant zone with thematic props inspired by the HCCB culture, leadership values, and Sri Lankan aesthetics.
  • Grand Stage Setup Designed to reflect the stature of the meet : It became the center stage for keynotes, competitive games, awards, and performances.
  • Leadership Insights & Group Discussions : Thoughtful sessions led by HCCB’s top brass, creating room for alignment, vision-sharing, and future planning.
  • Power Talk by Global communication coach Marianna Pascal : Who conducted a high-impact session on effective leadership communication based on the tenets of accountability, responsibility and communication.
  • Recognition & Awards (R&R) : High-performing individuals and teams were honoured in a grand ceremony, making the night truly memorable.
  • Disco Night : An energetic after-party with an acclaimed DJ to celebrate achievements, unwind, and dance the night away.
  • KOlympic Torch Relay : A customary experience with a symbolic torch relay to ignite and commence the competitive spirit sand team bonding.
  • Indo-Sri Lankan fusion : Performances by local Sri Lankan artists brought entertainment and unity to the stage, enriching the cultural immersion.
